2015 ELECTIONS
As we approach 2015, the water is getting hotter. Nigerian politics has now become a show of insulting prowess with the two major parties having a war of words. In the PDP rally held today in Rivers state, the focus was not on promoting the party's manifesto but on bringing down the opposition party. The same is true for APC. With these aspiring leaders showing no shame and openly insulting and castigating each other, I only wonder if any of them qualifies to lead Nigeria. How can Nigerians vote for people who show no manners in their speech to one another. I believe this is part of the reasons why there are predictions of a breakup of Nigeria come 2015. Honesty has been long lost amongst our politicians we know, but bringing themselves to this state is most alarming. We never witnessed this during the election periods of the U.S.A. This goes a long way to prove that we have an immature political system in Nigerian, which is as a result of the baby politicians in the system. That's why the development pace of Nigeria is slow; because we have immature politicians becoming our leaders.
